OpenTox AI Hackathon 2023

Are you ready to advance chemical risk assessment using the power of open source Large Language Models (LLMs)? Join us in our exploratory hackathon that aims to promote fair access to open source LLMs and address critical challenges in the field of Chemical Risk Assessment. 


Unleash the Potential of LLMs:

In recent years, Large Language Models have emerged as impactful drivers across various domains. These models exhibit few-shot learning capabilities, achieving advancements in tasks like Entity Recognition, language translation, standardized exams, coding challenges, and chatbot development. Now, we're inviting you to leverage the capabilities of Open Source LLMs for chemical risk assessment.


Application Guidelines:

Application deadline September 30, 2023. 

To secure your spot in the hackathon, current membership with the OpenTox Association is a prerequisite. Kindly note that only 30 applicants will be selected for participation in this hackathon.

  3. Knowledge-Driven LLMs Fine-Tuning to Unleash EU-ToxRisk Insights

  4. We’re also happy to discuss other challenges on a case-by-case basis.
