OpenTox 2022 Virtual Conference
Open Data Resources Session description:
In this session, we will review how open resources in toxicology have been accumulated and utilized in the past, and share what is possible through the utilization of open resources and what needs to be considered for effective utilization, using actual examples.

How to perform integrated analysis of heterogeneous data? This is a challenging problem even today, when data analysis using machine learning techniques has been introduced in all fields. For example, while obtaining comprehensive information at the molecular level through omics analysis and collecting information on the presence or absence and severity of toxicity from the same individual is considered as a promising approach for understanding the mechanism of toxicity at the molecular level. However, there is no gold standard analysis method. In this presentation, I will introduce a novel machine learning method for integrated analysis using heterogeneous data and an example of analyses using this method.
